Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your framed artwork, you may return it under the following conditions:

  1. Return Period: All returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition of Artwork: The artwork must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A copy of your receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items: If your artwork arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. Photos of the damage may be requested.
  6. Custom Framing: Due to the personalized nature of custom framing, these items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  7. Refunds: Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or handling fees.
  8. Exchanges: We are happy to exchange items if the product is defective or damaged.
